While I absolutely love shopping in person, especially for fresh food, having the opportunity to buy online, particularly when it comes to allergy-friendly cooking, has made things so much easier.
Because I know the struggles that come with having a restrictive diet (i.e. food availability, cost, taste, health impacts), I am excited to share my favourite online retailers that offer great products, variety and accessibility at a good price.

In order to fight the microplastic contamination in our house, we use either glass or stainless steel containers. I have tested those from IKEA and from Kmart (which even have a glass lid!). Both are great, however, the Ikea ones feel slightly more spillproof and saver to stack (due to their plastic lid.
